From March 2019 we aim to ship all prints within 10 working days of the order. With bespoke orders the time frame can be longer depending on the service required, however we will keep you updated and you can contact us at any time.

You will receive an email from us confirming that your order has been placed. We ask that you provide a contact number so that the courier can send you details of your delivery such as a dispatch notice and an estimated delivery date/time. If you have not received your order as expected please get in touch with us.

Some orders may be subject to the country of origin’s customs and import fees. These are assessed once the print enters the destination country and must be paid by the order recipient, so it is advised to check your local customs office for more information. Please note any custom or import fees which may be incurred are non-refundable and do not form any part of the delivery fee we charge.

It is advisable to provide information regarding a safe place for your delivery, if you are unlikely to be at the destination address to receive it.
